About Helpdesk Houston
Helpdesk Houston prides ourselves in the fact that we exist not only to provide crucial business support, but that we utilize our abilities and contributions to support the larger cause of changing lives.
Helpdesk Houston was founded by Michael Hovan after working for the Houston Astros Baseball organization as their Senior Network Administrator. Mike was raised in a foster group home called Youth-Reach Houston from the age of 14 years old. Youth-Reach instilled virtues such as character, responsibility and a strong work ethic during the 4 years Michael was there and continues to mentor him to this day. Once Helpdesk Houston was started we began working for the Major League Baseball players, as well as the companies/charities they are associated with, that Mike had built a relationship with during his time with the Astros. We also donated our services to support the network at Youth-Reach in an attempt to repay them for all they have done for him over the years. While supporting Youth-Reach Mike came to the realization that he wanted to leverage Helpdesk Houston to support non-profit organizations from a technical perspective as well as financially. Thus began a truly unique business that cares more about changing lives than it does about how wealthy an individual can become.

The owner of Helpdesk, Michael Hovan, is always there when I need him. No matter what time of the day or night I am in a panic about my computer or internet questions, he is there. Most of the time he can fix whatever is the issue by phone but he never hesitate to make a home visit if needed. He patient and extremely knowledgable. I could not exist in my fast pace business without someone like Michael and Helpdesk as part of my team. I can highly recommend his company and will continue to renew my contract with him going forward. Michael never undermines your intelligence and is very use to working with old dogs or dinosaurs. He just fixes the problem and sometime I even learn a thing of two!
